Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind (Native American), 22

Murdered: ca. August 19th 2017.

Cause of death: Straungulation, blood loss.

Place: Fargo, North Dakota (America).

Perpetrator(s): William Henry Hoehn & Brooke Lynn Crews.

Motive: Perpetrators wanted to have a baby. They realized the victim was 8 months pregnant. Brooke Crews proceeded to lure her into her apartment by offering Savanna $20 to model a dress she claimed she was sewing, started fighting, pushed her head against the sink so she became unconscious, sliced open her abdomen with a knife/boxcutter, took her baby out of her womb while she drifted in and out of consciousness due to loss of blood. William Hoehn strangled her with a rope to make sure she was really dead. Savanna's body was found a few days later in the nearby Red River, wrapped in plastic and duct tape.

Verdict: Hoehn sentenced to 20 years, Crews sentenced to LWOP.
