Nicolas Chavez (Latino-American), 27

TRIGGER WARNING: MENTIONS OF SUICIDE

Murdered: 21st April 2020.

Cause of death: Tortured with discharging tasers, firing bean bag shotgun rounds; killed by 21 gunshots.

Place: Houston, Texas (America).

Perpetrator: Officers Patrick Rubio, Luis Alvarado, Omar Tapia; Sgt. Benjamin LeBlanc.

Motive: Believed the victim had a "pointed object", pointing towards them while experiencing a mental health crisis, ultimately executed while on his knees trying to surrender.

Verdict: Perpetrators fired; ongoing investigation, no charges as of now.

Note: Nicolas was reportedly suicidal during this time as well. Autopsy found he was already on the verge of overdose from drugs, as well as 3 self-inflicted stab wounds.
