Fong Lee (Asian-American), 19

Murdered: 22nd July 2006.

Cause of death: Shot 8 times.

Place: Minneapolis, Minnesota (America).

Perpetrator: Officer Jason Andersen.

Motive: Perpetrator thought the victim was armed and dangerous, but wasn't. A gun was allegedly found next to the victim, later believed to be planted by the perpetrator as the weapon did not have any DNA evidence nor did it have any proof of fingerprint or smudge marks.

Verdict: Found not guilty, by an all-white jury.
